The Google Mail/Calendar Webinar will provide the basics on how to use your new VCU Google email account and calendar. You must register by July 11 to participate in this oneline webinar. The connection information will be emailed to you prior to the webinar. If you have never participated in an online webinar please read the email with the connection information to see if there is any setup you need to run on your computer prior to the webinar.

This webinar will cover the basics, which includes login to appsforVCU, adjust settings, compose email, apply and organize labels (folders), setup vacation response, search emails, create filters (rules) for emails, create calendar, add events and share calendar, and manage contacts.
