Adobe Acrobat provides tools to create an electronic document while maintaining the original design and look of the original document. This course will provide you with the necessary skills for creating and working with Portable Document Format (PDF) files.

Learning Objectives:

  • Navigate around a PDF document
  • Understand the difference between an Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat (PDF Creator)
  • Create a PDF from Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs
  • Convert paper document to PDF
  • Assemble multiple files into a single document
  • Reorder, delete, extract, copy and insert pages
  • Save a Web page to a PDF document
  • Use headers, footers and watermarks
  • Search PDF files
  • Add comment, edit marks and stamps to a PDF
  • Add and manage bookmarks in a PDF
  • Create a hyperlink on a PDF
  • Edit a PDF document
