Prerequisites: Before Attending the Workshop
First time user with Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing.
Get started by completing the steps outlined below:
- STEP 1 - Check System Requirements
- Make sure that your system is compatible with Web Conferencing. Please, verify system requirements for Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing.
- STEP 2 - Each workshop attendee needs to download and install the Collaborate Launcher
- This is a one-time only step and may take a few extra minutes, so you`ll want to do this in advance of the workshop.
- STEP 3 - Once the Launcher is installed, go to our First Time Users Center to conduct a short test on the computer that you will be using for training and ensure it is ready for the workshops.
- STEP 4 - Please, make sure that each computer has a microphone/speakers or the workshop attendee has a headset with a built-in microphone
