DAR veterinary staff is offering a Suturing Techniques workshop. The workshop will include a discussion of basic suture material, suture patterns, and proper suturing techniques. Participants will have inanimate models as well as fresh animal tissue for hands-on instruction. Participants are encouraged to bring any expired surgical material to donate to the class (e.g., gloves, sutures, drapes). Participants may bring their own specialized instruments instead of using DAR equipment. If you have any registration questions, please contact Ananna Zaman at zamana6@vcu.edu
