DAR veterinary staff is offering a Suturing Techniques workshop. The workshop will include a discussion of basic suture material, suture patterns, and proper suturing techniques. Participants will have inanimate models as well as fresh animal tissue for hands-on instruction.
Participants are encouraged to bring any expired surgical material to donate to the class (e.g., gloves, sutures, drapes). Participants may bring their own specialized instruments instead of using DAR equipment.
