Why conversation view?

Gmail groups all replies with their original message, creating a single conversation or thread. Replies to emails (and replies to those replies) are displayed in one place, in order, making it easier to understand the context of a message ? or to follow the conversation.

Hangout Format

There will be a short ten minute or less demo/lecture on the subject followed by Q&A.

Learning Objectives:

User will learn "best practices" for effectively managing and using the Google conversation view in Gmail.
