The first half of the class is devoted to training for clinical research study teams to complete the REDCap survey when requesting quotes for ancillary services for clinical trial agreements. The second half of the class will focus on training for Ancillary Service Provider contacts receiving these requests by providing best practices for returning price quotes back to study teams using customized service agreement templates developed by CCTR using the clinical trials Charge Master. A good overview for both audiences to get a complete picture of the overall process.
