This session is designed for those who formally supervise classified staff and will focus on the annual performance appraisal process including completing the appraisal form, conducting the performance appraisal meeting and delivering feedback, progressive discipline, and follow up after the meeting. HR Employee Relations experts will be in attendance to answer questions.
Prerequisites: Supervisors only; no exceptions. In order to attend this session you must prepare and conduct at least one annual classified performance appraisal.
