This session is designed to help classified employees understand their role in the performance appraisal process including how to complete the self evaluation, respond to feedback, and develop a performance plan. An overview of the appeals process will also be included. HR Employee Relations experts will be on hand to answer questions.This course a PAC elective and counts 3 hours towards the Professional Development Certificate Program.
