The Division for Inclusive Excellence introduces RAMmalogues - a forum for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) students to talk with peers about their lived experiences around diversity and inclusion, led by trained facilitators provided by Kimbrough Consulting and Richmond Action Dialogues.The goal of RAMmalogues is to increase students` understanding of issues related to acceptance, belonging and inclusion around campus through a discussion about how they experience their social identities at VCU. RAMmalogues is a safe space to discuss topics including race, gender, sexual orientation, age, class intersectionality and other similar themes.The topic is "What is race to me?" for the first RAMmalogues session on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2019 from noon-1:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
